Due to a recent acquisition and successful growth within our company, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Thermographic Surveyor to join our team.
The right candidate must be willing to travel for our ever increasing workload and must be flexible to occasionally work weekends.
Perform Infrared (IR) thermographic surveys and report generation in commercial and residential facilities throughout the UK and Europe.
Collect quality data, accurate temperature readings, and account for measurement effects such as distance and emissivity using infrared cameras.
Interpret and analyse thermal images.
Assist with the sales and marketing of thermographic surveys, camera sales.
Demonstrate an exceptionally professional approach to all operations when interfacing with customers.
Carry out Predictive Maintenance and CBM techniques utilising Vibration Analysis and Thermography.
Data collection, the analysis of equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history.
Carry out Root Cause Vibration Analysis and Reliability Analysis taking ownership for on-going corrective action tracking.
Has excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work well individually and as part of a team.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates an exceptionally professional attitude at all times
Able to work away from home/occasional weekends and drive long distances.
Looking for a varied workload.
The work can be strenuous at times, so reasonable physical fitness and a practical, mechanical aptitude will be advantageous.
Electrical/ Mechanical experience - qualification/training, any recognised Building qualifications/training.
PCN/ITC Level 1 –Thermography (minimum requirement)
Level 1 Vibration Analyst (minimum requirement)
Dependant on your current skills and qualifications, additional supplementary training will be provided.
