Field Engineer Inspections:
If your circumstances do not warrant the investment in your own equipment, we have a team of Field Engineers who are available to carry out on-site inspections on a one-off, case by case basis, or as part of your regular maintenance programmes.
Our engineers can highlight imminent and future problems, allowing repairs to be carried out during scheduled maintenance, but should they identify an actual safety hazard during inspection, your engineers will be notified and asked to sign an emergency acknowledgement form, reinforcing the need for immediate action.
The most common fault areas our Field Engineers inspect regularly include:–
Electrical phase imbalance
HV substations (transformer to main switch rooms)
Overheating equipment (process control and manufactured components)
Poor electrical connections in control panels (all voltages)
Bearing condition

Balancing and Vibration:
Using sophisticated monitoring equipment, we carry out fault and safety analysis on a wide range of moving and rotational machinery. From commissioning through to planned maintenance, Vibration Analysis can provide essential information to prevent downtime and potential safety risks.
New Plant and Equipment:
We routinely inspect new equipment to establish a basic fingerprint for future temperature and vibration reference. Invariably, we find a number of electrical or mechanical fails during the commissioning process due, in many cases, to transportation problems.

Camera Hire:
Our Hire-a-CAM service gives you the opportunity to evaluate equipment for yourself before making a decision to purchase. A wide range of cameras and accessories are available to hire

We are an accredited training centre for the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), the UK Thermography Association (UKTA) and are agents for the ITC Inframation ThermaCAM™
