  • The difference between judging movement and measuring movement
  • "Yesterday and today" - What we know about gaits

  • Footfall sequence
  • Phases of the stride
  • Respiratory - locomotory coupling
  • Temporal limb phasing
  • Cannon and hock movement
  • Video Analysis of the horse in motion

Day 2 – Gait analysis of the Equine

  • What is gait analysis and how can it help?
  • Current methods of gait analysis
  • Practical demonstrations using 'ETB Pegasus'
  • Demonstration of results and practical interpretation
  • Questions and Answers Attendance Certification
